Dubbed “The Most Culturally Significant Championship in Collegiate Golf,” the PWCC is a 54-hole, stroke-play event that will have golf enthusiasts glued to their screens. He anticipates another year of exceptional performances, with the beautiful and challenging courses at Whistling Straits providing the perfect stage for these talented collegiate athletes.
In the Women’s Team Division, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi aims to continue its winning streak, having secured the title for the past four consecutive years. Meanwhile, Florida A&M University will defend its title in the Men’s DI Division, with Chaminade University of Honolulu hoping to repeat its success in the Men’s DII Team Division.
The championship will not only serve as a battleground for college teams but also as a stepping stone for individual players seeking to make their mark. Top performers can look forward to exemptions into professional tournaments, such as the Epson Tour’s Hartford HealthCare Women's Championship and the Korn Ferry Tour’s Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Wichita Open.
As the players gear up for what may be the most pivotal moments of their young careers, the 2025 PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship at Whistling Straits is set to deliver not just a sports event, but a celebration of talent, diversity, and the spirit of competition in the world of golf.
