Vietnam Golf Coast Takes to the World Stage at IGTM Cannes
Collective to showcase award-winning offerings at premier global event for golf tourism
Las Vegas - Ba Na Hills Golf Club will represent Central Vietnam’s Vietnam Golf Coast at the International Golf Travel Market (IGTM) in Cannes next month, underlining the region’s rising global golf profile.
Before its French showcase, the club hosts the IMG Trophy Tournament on 13 September, welcoming more than 130 golfers from Vietnam and overseas. The event reflects the destination’s blend of championship golf, cultural exchange and community engagement.
“Taking Ba Na Hills Golf Club to IGTM is an incredible opportunity to tell our story to a global audience,” said Simon Mees, General Manager at Ba Na Hills. “This is more than just about our course – though having Luke Donald’s only design certainly sets us apart.”
The Cannes gathering, recognised as golf tourism’s premier marketplace, will allow Ba Na Hills to highlight its acclaimed design, floodlit fairways and mountain setting while forging links with more than 40 key buyers and operators.
Danang’s broader appeal — from luxury resorts such as InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula to Michelin-recognised dining and pristine beaches — ensures the Vietnam Golf Coast’s message resonates strongly. Mees added: “We’re proud to represent both Ba Na Hills and the wider Vietnam Golf Coast in Cannes.”
