Turkish Airlines Open Secured for Three More Years
Flag carrier deepens its commitment as Antalya prepares to host a key stop on the DP World Tour calendar
Turkish Airlines has signed a new three-year title partnership for the Turkish Airlines Open, securing the tournament’s place on the global golf calendar when it returns from April 30 to May 3, 2026, at National Golf Club in Antalya.
The US$2.75 million event will be the fifth and final tournament on the DP World Tour Asian Swing, part of the first phase of the Tour’s 2026 global schedule, with National Golf Club, within Regnum Hotels, hosting after its long-standing role in developing golf tourism in the region.
Defending champion Martin Couvra will return to Türkiye following his breakthrough victory last season, when the Sir Henry Cotton Rookie of the Year closed with a 64 to finish 17-under-par, two shots clear of Haotong Li and Jorge Campillo.
Bilal Ekşi, chief executive officer of Turkish Airlines, said the agreement reflected both sporting ambition and national identity, adding that the tournament “strongly reflects Türkiye’s vision of being a global hub for sports and tourism” while reaffirming the airline’s commitment to welcoming international visitors to Antalya.
The Turkish Golf Federation, the DP World Tour and National Golf Club all underlined the event’s wider significance, highlighting its role in strengthening Türkiye’s position on the world golf stage, supporting elite competition and development pathways, and showcasing Antalya as a world-class golf destination when the Turkish Airlines Open returns in 2026.
