LET heads to Centurion Club for sixth edition of PIF London Championship
Hertfordshire venue welcomes 120-player field for $2,000,000 showpiece following AIG Women’s Open
Paju, Korea - The Ladies European Tour (LET) heads straight to Centurion Club in Hertfordshire, England, this week for the sixth staging of the PIF London Championship, running from August 6–9, 2026.
Fresh off the excitement of the season’s final Major at Royal Lytham & St Annes, a stellar 120-player field will compete for a $2,000,000 prize purse over 72 holes of stroke play. The event marks a transition from its previous team-and-individual format (formerly the Aramco Team Series) into a standalone 72-hole championship, with a 36-hole cut set for the top 60 professionals and ties.
Designed by Simon Gidman and opened in 2013, Centurion Club features a 6,479-yard, par-73 layout routed through natural pine forest and dramatically sculpted terrain. The course record stands at nine-under-par 64, set by England’s Georgia Hall during her second round in 2021.
The field boasts strong domestic talent, featuring 20 English players led by 2022 champion Bronte Law, 2026 LET winner Charley Hull, and past Major champion Georgia Hall. They are joined by former winner Marianne Skarpnord (2021) alongside nine 2026 LET winners, including Agathe Laisne, Smilla Tarning Soenderby, and Kelsey Bennett.
Solheim Cup buzz will also surround the venue following European Captain Anna Nordqvist’s announcement of her captain’s picks, which featured Ireland’s Leona Maguire—the 2024 champion at Centurion Club—alongside three rookies. In addition, high-profile sponsor invitations bring extra international star power, with Alison Lee, Emily Kristine Pedersen, and Aline Krauter joining the field.
Live broadcast coverage begins on Thursday, August 6, streaming globally from 14:00 to 18:00 local time (13:00–17:00 GMT) for the opening two rounds, before shifting to a 13:00 local start time for the weekend action.
