Korean Golf Club Steps Forward
From Seoul to the world stage, a new identity signals a cultural shift in modern golf
LIV Golf has announced that Iron Heads GC will compete as Korean Golf Club from the 2026 season, unveiling a rebrand inspired by Korea’s global cultural influence and shaped by themes of honour, inclusivity and collective strength.
The new identity draws on the Korean concept of brotherhood, celebrating unity and togetherness through golf, while its visual centrepiece, the White Tiger, reflects strength, protection and resilience rooted in Korean folklore and history.
“We were inspired after LIV Korea 2025. Seeing the energy of the thousands of young fans who showed up,” said Korean Golf Club general manager Martin Kim. “Our tagline ‘Welcome to the club’ is reflective of the opportunity we saw to create a new space for young fans showing up.”
Subtle design details reference golf through the shape of crossed clubs within the tiger’s face, while the Rose of Sharon, South Korea’s national flower, features in the roundel as a symbol of endurance and national spirit alongside a drive for innovation.
The rebrand builds on LIV Golf’s growing connection with Korea, highlighted by LIV Golf Korea presented by Coupang Play in May 2025 at Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea, where elite competition blended with a festival atmosphere led by performances from G-Dragon, IVE, Dynamic Duo, Gummy and KiiKii as sport, music and culture converged.
Korean Golf Club’s new identity will roll out across competition, apparel, digital platforms and fan engagement initiatives from the start of the 2026 LIV Golf season, which begins in February at Riyadh Golf Club and spans 14 events across ten countries on five continents.
