A Transformative Exit in Women’s Golf
Alexandra Armas to Leave LET After a Defining Era of Growth and Global Reach
Las Vegas - Veteran leader Alexandra Armas will step down as CEO of the Ladies European Tour on October 1, 2025, concluding a six-year tenure that reshaped the Tour’s global stature and financial backbone.
Under Armas’ guidance, the LET doubled its prize funds, expanded its tournament schedule, and cemented a landmark alliance with the LPGA Tour, enabling broader playing fields and deeper commercial partnerships.
“It has been an honour to serve,” said Armas. “From expanding the schedule to building a sustainable future, I’m proud of what we’ve built — together.”
Armas’ stewardship wasn’t merely administrative — it was visionary. Her tenure saw the LET transition from survival mode to ambitious expansion, embracing a more connected, international structure for women’s professional golf.
Her final months will include a smooth handover. A CEO search, led by Elevate Talent, is underway. Whoever follows Armas inherits not just a job — but the legacy of growth, inclusion and global aspiration.
